Day of Caring
day of caring

Volunteers from ATI (Advanced Technology International) participated in Trident United Way's Day of Caring at Jerry Zucker Middle School on Friday, November 17, 2017. Throughout the day, ATI volunteers were involved in a variety of projects including fun, hands-on learning activities with students in several classes, various campus beautification projects, and the installation of a mural on the wall behind the stage in the cafeteria. The volunteers took a break during lunch and ate with the students in the cafeteria then played games with them outside.  Click here to see a video of the day's activities.

JZMS Honors Veterans
veterans day

JZMS had a special event on Friday, November 10th in honor of our veterans and men and women currently serving in our armed forces. The lovely program included a piece of original poetry shared by one of our students, a performance of the National Anthem by the JZMS band under the direction of Dr. Yeager, and a moving rendition of America the Beautiful by staff member Mr. McCullough. Thank you to our Guidance Department, especially Ms. Lotts, for their hard work in organizing such a meaningful event.
