This is the image for the news article titled Black History is TimelessJerry Zucker Middle School concluded its month-long celebration of Black History on Thursday, February 28th with a program of music, dance, and spoken word.  Guest performers included the Burke High School High Steppin' Marching Band and local hip-hop artist Benny Starr.  The special event was organized by members of Jerry Zucker's Black History Month Committee, spearheaded by Ms. Naquita Page-Dawson, Ms. Andrea Anderson, Ms. Shorace Guider, Ms. Kylene Gerideau-Grant, and Mr. Al McCullough.  To see the program for the event, click here.  Pictured at left are 7th graders Eriq Breshers, Alajah Thompson, and Brookelyn McNeil.
